Toe Loopin’

Ugh, mornings....

Movez - I spent the first 20 minutes on moves in the field and ran through everything at least once. Things feel pretty good, especially the BX-BO edges which are just plain fun to do now.

Compulsoriez - Another 20 minutes was spent on compulsory moves. I really just wanted to make sure I remembered all of the changes that were made. I did many run throughs. The only issue I really have with this is building up speed for the spiral. I'm weaker than I thought. I did one final run through where I forced myself to smile as if I were at the competition. I don't think I looked "smiley," I think I just looked like I was in pain.

Programz - Chunks.

Toe Loopz - I really am obsessed with fixing this jump now. I'm sick of landing cheated toe loops. It feels dirty, lol. I took some video just to make sure that I was on the right track. They feel so small now but I can really feel the difference between these and how I was doing them before. If I remember "lead with the heel" right before I jump, I think I do them correctly.
